History
Established in Italy in 1945; ELCHIM® Hairdryers were the first blow stylers manufactured exclusively for the professional hairdressing industry.
Since then ELCHIM® has set the international standard in technology and design for both salon and home use. The company’s manufacturing facility in Milan is a state-of-the art design and style laboratory where technicians and stylists set new goals in defining and creating an innovative flow of hairstyling solutions.
All ELCHIM® products are manufactured across a small geographical area of Italy using the finest eco-compatible materials in accordance with stringent European and international quality and safety standards. The result is a considerably reduced carbon footprint, which benefits generations to come. Best styling performance is guaranteed through triple testing the product at various stages of production, monitoring consistency in manufacture, as well as NEMKO and ETL certifications.
Warrantee
In addition to offering a limited one year ‘return and replace’ warrantee, ELCHIM® recommends an annual maintenance service at a nominal cost to owners. Occasional owner maintenance is possible thanks to the easily cleaned and removable filter.

High quality poly-carbon, nylon or stainless steel casings across the range ensure that the powerful long-life motor is double insulated, with limited electromagnetic emissions and environmental heat transfer. A standard ultra resistant, non-aging cord on all product ranges ensures versatile styling convenience.
The powerful air-flow, three heat settings, two fan speeds and a focussed nozzle reduces drying time, which contributes further to a significant reduction in electrical consumption.
Certain models feature superior IONIC GENERATING TECHNOLOGY. The negative ion generator provides 1.5 million negative ions per cubic centimetre per second results in less static and a sleeker, shiner, healthier looking hair style.
